Implementation Arrangements

The implementation agency of the project is KW&SB, and a Project Implementation Unit (PIU) has been established within KW&SB to manage the Phase-1 of the project (SOP-1) and subsequent phases (SOP’s). A high-level Project Steering Committee is also formed to oversee project progress as well as provide guidance and facilitation in project implementation.
