KWSSIP is being implemented by a dedicated project team within KWSC — the Karachi Water and Sewerage Corporation — made up mostly of KWSC’s own permanent staff. This team, led by a Project Director, is responsible for delivering the project and building KWSC’s ability to plan and manage large-scale, internationally funded infrastructure work long into the future.
Where specialist expertise is needed, the team has also brought in technical consultants to support project preparation and day-to-day implementation.
